Well, this picture doesn't tell the whole story, but take my word for it... The river was very pretty to look at.
The white spots on the water, (about mid picture), are a momma duck and her new brood of fuzzy babies. They scampered off the water when the eagle or osprey flew overhead.
This is the river that I have mentioned where we were camped at the Shoshone Base Camp area in the Idaho Panhandle.
