Well, if you plan to live there, I suppose it's worth making it look better!
This is the property that we owned for eight years in Quartzsite, AZ at the area called Rainbow Acres. The folks that bought it, sight unseen, came down from Santa Rosa, CA to pay us cash for the "Old Homestead". First thing that they did was to finish the fence by enclosing the property and putting a decorative fence. That white storage shed in the back is the only thing that we had done to the property. Nice place with a lot of very good friends in the area.... but, we were never there since we enjoy traveling and the boonies so much.
