
Bob identified this bird as a common something or the other in the Whiporwill family. The bird sat not more than 8 feet above our heads all day long! They are insect eaters and go foraging in the evenings. Eventually, he got up from his rest and flew away about 6:00pm.

He, (or she), is back in the very same spot again this morning and is still there as I enter this info into our Blog!
