Our hostess' Daughter, Anita, joined in for our picture to commemorate the ocassion of the festivities. She also cooked the various meals for our enjoyment. Linda & I had delicious burgers, the rest of the crowd had individual pizzas and fried 'tater' balls.Anita explained the significance of the painting hanging on the wall. It seems that this area was famous for a bunch of cattle vs sheep ranchers. A murder was commited with one of the sheep ranch cowboys getting killed. The mystery ensued as to who was the guilty party. Anita was very entertaining in her explanation of the picture. We all enjoyed the visit at the Cafe inside her mothers' gas station.
We all think that Helen, her mother, owns about everything in the small town of Rogerson, ID.
