The tire, wheel, brake drum, and axle end all left the Ford Van at about 40 MPH on the I-5 exit at Coburg, OR. (We were towing the Ford behind the Motor Home when it happened.)
It was all on fire with flames about three feet in the air! The white stuff is the remains from the fire extinguisher that I used to put out the fire which was melting the asphalt on the roadway. When the fire department arrived, I had alfready put out the fire.
