Off to the left in this picture you can see the 4-wheel jeep trail away from the Cinabar mine site. Bill Olesen, Carol Wiesner, and I rode out to look at the old mine site where they produced Mercury from the rocks.
The picture was taken at the site and the pinkish looking mound in the foreground is the 'tailings' from the site.
When we left the site, we took that trail that you see on the left and rode all the way over to Quartzsite, AZ. Total distance was about 50-60 miles on our motorcycles.
