After we had plugged into their 50 amp electric power, hooked up to their pressurized water, and made fast our sewer hookups, we were then into our dining area and enjoying our evenings dinner.
The next morning, we were happy to discover that our Nevada Hwy Dept. "hosts" had even gone to the trouble of stacking some crushed gravel alongside our "assigned RV space", undoubtedly, they had intended the stacked rock to block any winds that might bother us at night as we slept. They were so very thoughtful!
Those Nevada Hwy Dept folks think of everything to make your visit on their Lonliest Hwy in the USA an enjoyable one. We certainly enjoyed this stopover spot .... However, we're going to suggest that they provide some seating for us in the future, and perhaps some lighted areas to guide us in at night.
A great spot to spend the night in a beautiful area alongside a pristine desert environment.
LIFE IS GOOD!
